Job Title: Incident Manager
Location: Brussels
Hybrid: Yes (2 days/week onsite)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract
Languages: English (mandatory) + Fluent in French or Dutch
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT, with a strong focus on infrastructure
Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Luxembourg

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Incident Manager to join our team, responsible for coordinating major technical incidents, ensuring quick resolution, and effectively communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders. As the first point of contact (POC) for incident management, you will centralize information from colleagues and oversee the entire incident workflow.
This role requires a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with the ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolution while ensuring cross-team collaboration. You will also contribute to problem and change management, improving IT service continuity and stability.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on infrastructure (monitoring, alerting, ticketing).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti is a plus.
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
- Effective communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Languages: English (mandatory) + Fluent in French or Dutch
